For Parents & Fans

• Grab tickets and invite the whole crew to cheer! Tickets on sale at the door- $10. Performers FREE.

• Spirit gear & merch available on-site—dress the part and get loud.

• Want to help? Sign up for a short volunteer shift before or after your athlete performs.

• Support our kidpreneurs at the on-site Young CEO Expo—shop student-run booths.​

For CYHOGA/DYHOGA Athletes

• Your coach will share call times, practice info, and uniform details.

• Check in with your team upon arrival; our staff will guide you to warm-ups and staging.

For Outside Teams (All Ages/Skill Levels)

• This is a non-judged exhibition—a supportive stage to showcase your best!

• Performance window: up to ~2 minutes (music optional).

• What we provide: matted performance area, emcee, sound, and smooth staging.

• What you bring: athletes, coach(es), music (MP3), and your amazing routine.

Volunteer with Us

• Roles include check-in, ushers, awards table, mat reset, and expo helpers.

• Great for students needing service hours—we’ll sign forms.

• Short, clearly defined shifts; training provided on site.

• Our Volunteer Sign Up will be available on October 1, 2025.

• Vendors: We partner with The Young CEO Expo and welcome Vendors ages 5-17.
